2.	Rural Infrastructure Reform (KABIKHA) and Rural Infrastructure Maintenance (TR) Programs:	The main objective of the program is to improve income generation, food security, poverty reduction and development of the area through the employment of rural poor. 3.	Employment program for the poor:	In Bangladesh, the number of extremely poor people in river erosion, char, and mangaprited areas is high. They are unemployed for most of the year and do not have the opportunity to earn them. They are unemployed / unemployed for the entire 5 months from October to December and from March to April. The main objectives of the program are to create their employment and develop socio-economic conditions of the area related to it. This program is implemented in 2 stages.
