The district disaster management committee special meeting was held to face the possible flood situation in the district conference room in the presidency of the District Commissioner, Nilphamari on 18/07/2014. Honorable Mr. Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya, Honorable Honorable Md. Aftab Uddin Sarker, Hon'ble MP, Nilphamari-1 and Honorable Member of Parliament Mr. Golam Mostafa, Nilphamari-3, Disaster Management and Mr. Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya, Honorable Hon'ble Minister for Disaster Management and Relief Ministry. Secretary of the Ministry of Relief Mr. Md. Shah Kamal, Additional Secretary of Disaster Management and Relief Ministry Mr.

At the end of the meeting, the Hon'ble Minister asked about 600 bundles of cotton, bundle Tk. 18,00,000 per bundle, 6,00,000 / - taka for construction of six boats for Dimla and Jaldhaka upazila, 200. 000 grams of TK GR rice and 2000 dried food packets and the next VGF ration promises to make 20 kgs in the 10 kg space. He instructed the people to utilize the publicly utilizing the allotment received properly.
